Managing any issue, especially the kinds of issues we've seen in the past few years and into 2023, can be like walking through a maze...filled with landmines...and quicksand!

I'll provide you with clear steps to navigate YOUR conflict and misconduct issues while maintaining your dignity, composure and without leaving yourself open for 'trouble' in the future.

This is not a course, class, case study, strategy or theory. This is immediate 1:1 coaching for your specific issue in real time.

How to do this? Simple.

I have two options for instant engagement. Both are pay by the hour, no ties, no contract.

Immediate Answers
to Your Conflict & Misconduct Issues
All at a Simple Hourly Rate*

I Coach You. You Take Action.

Option 1 is For You If:

  • You manage others and have been tasked with handling a one-time or ongoing conflict or misconduct issue with an employee or volunteer.

  • You are directly involved in an ongoing conflict or misconduct issue with a peer, boss, friend, or other, and need guidance on how to proceed.

You and I will discuss the current situation(s) and I will provide you with options, language, next steps for managing and you do it.

You'll follow up with the parties involved, manage documentation, whatever is necessary to move the issue along towards resolution.

I'm available along the way to help you with any twists and turns that may occur.

Option 1 is perfect for when:

  • You want guidance and to talk it through before taking action.

  • You want to verify next steps including how to document and how to ensure that the situation doesn't reoccur.

  • You're OK with managing the conflict, but would like help with language - what to say and/or what to write.

  • You and your internal team need help on who will manage what aspects of any issues.

We Agree on Action. I Take Over.

Option 2 is For You If:

  • You manage others and have been tasked with handling a one-time or ongoing conflict or misconduct issue with an employee or volunteer, but would prefer an impartial third-party to deal with it.

  • You are directly involved in an ongoing conflict or misconduct issue with a peer, boss, friend, or other, and want a Mediator to help you to create an Action Plan of how to interact moving forward.

You and I will discuss the current situation(s) and agree on actions to take and I will take over the direct communication with the involved parties.

We will be in contact as the case progresses, but you don't have to address or manage any of it directly.

Option 2 is perfect for when:

  • You feel that it's best that an outside impartial party take this over.

  • You're plate is just too full with other things.

  • You're too close to one or more of the involved parties to appear impartial.

  • You have addressed the involved parties before with no solid results and could use the support.

  • You need someone to mediate to help the involved parties create their own solutions.

  • You just plain ol' don't want to do it. Yuck!

* Simple Hourly Rate:

Hourly fee for Option 1 or Option 2 is $249 per hour, billed on the quarter hour and first hour paid in advance of services.  See? Easy!
